The Western Reserve Fire Museum
Smoke/CO Detector Program
The Museum’s mission is to preserve and save firefighting history as well as to save lives and reduce deaths through fire safety training and prevention. That is why we are pleased to partner with the Cleveland Division of Fire and support their Home Fire Safety Program by accepting donations to purchase Kidde Smoke/CO Detectors to install in resident’s homes within our community.
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are critical tools in preventing tragedies and saving lives in the event of a fire or the release of the “silent killer”, dangerous carbon monoxide gas. Your donation will ensure that more households in our community have access to this essential safety equipment, providing them with early warning and valuable time to first evacuate safely and call for help in the event of such an emergency.
Smoke/CO Detectors cost $50 a unit and units may be donated in any quantity. Monetary donations are appreciated as well. Please click on the button below to make a donation now.
Thank you in advance for your support and know your donation will go a long way in making our community a safer place for everyone.
The Western Reserve Fire Museum at Cleveland, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit and donors are eligible to make tax deductible contributions under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
