Station No. 28 100th Anniversary Celebration & Apparatus Day 

Join us for the 100th Anniversary Celebration of Cleveland Fire Station #28 home of the Western Reserve Fire Museum and Education Center on Saturday, August 8, 10:00am-2:00pm. The celebration will coincide with the Fire Museum’s Annual Apparatus Day and feature an additional, special display of fire apparatus from the 1920s, honoring the 1926 opening of Fire Station #28 and the Fire Alarm & Dispatch Center.  A short program will be held at 11:00am in 2nd Floor Mtg. Room remembering the role Station No. 28 played in Cleveland firefighting history.  Picnic-style food will be available, and the Fire Museum will offer free tours. (Rain date: August 9, 2026)
